GCLEAR Economical Food Grade PVC Material Transfer Hose

Our most popular material handling hose features a clear PVC tube with a mirror smooth bore to provide excellent material flow rates. A clear rigid external PVC helix reinforcement enables user to visually monitor flow of materials. High density PVC materials are known for their ability to withstand abrasion. Hose construction provides good flexibility with lightweight. Hose carries FDA "3A Dairy" rating/approval. Operating temperature ranges from 10°F to 150°F.

CLEAR Static Food Grade PVC Hose with Static Dissipating Ground Wire

This is the same durable light weight hose described above. The only difference is CLEAR Static contains an integral stranded copper wire to assure a positive ground where static build-up is a concern.

THANE Extended Performance Urethane Material Transfer Hose

Hose is made from urethane formulation which will outlast PVC materials by at least three times when handling abrasive materials. Hose has an ultrasmooth bore to provide excellent material flow rates. Tube and cover of hose are transparent. A gray rigd PVC helix provides reinforcement. Urethane is an inert material which is unaffected by a variety of harsh substances. Corrugated constructiuon provides good flexibility and lightweight making hose easy to use. Hose remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures from -30°F to 150°F.

TUFF Material Handling Hose For Severe Service

This hose is unmatched for durability and long-term abrasion resistance. Tuff is specifically designed for unloading pellets from rail car, handling sand blast grit, the transfer of grain, and similar severe service applications. TUFF is a blend of urethane, PVC and rubber that makes it flexible, light weight and easy to handle – even in the larger sizes. Compared to rubber and metal hoses, TUFF offers a low-cost alternative. The outer black cover is static dissipating and ozone-resistant. Operating temperature from -30°F to 150°F.

Hose Cuffs

Molded PVC cuffs to simplify attachment of hose to metal wands or plastic tube. Cuff has molded thread to match the helix pitch on O.D. of hose.

Hose Clamps

Spiral double bolt clamps to secure PVC corrugated flex hose to shanks or tube. Helix of hose clamp matches pitch of PVC hose.
