Compression Couplings Stainless Steel Parts - Aluminum Components
And Accessories for Pneumatic Conveying Systems.

The compression tubing and pipe coupling is for permanent installation in the joining of either plain end, threaded, grooved, or a combination of any of these joints. The band type construction holds the entire surface of the joint in uniform compression

Couplings are made of heavy gauge zinc plated steel …. prices of aluminum or stainless steel couplings quoted on request. The Gaskets furnished are in standard red rubber or black neoprene. Gaskets also available in white neoprene and a variety of other materials.

Condensed Table of Specifications

To prevent static electricity build-up in bulk material conveying systems, specify compression couplings with grounding strips. Be sure you know whether your requirements call for aluminum or stainless steel strips. To eliminate gasket wear or contamination of material flowing through the system lines, specify couplings with stainless steel gasket protectors.

Stainless steel, carbon steel and EMT aluminum elbows, drop tees, vacuum tees, mitered stainless steel and aluminum tees, common line diverters, male cam-lock with cap, female cam-lock with plug, tube shank and hose shank parts all available for purchase. Pipe and tubing straights are available in carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Outside diameters ranging from 1.5 inches through 10 inches in a variety of wall thicknesses, 16ga (.63), 14ga (.083) and 11 ga (.120) in tubing. Schedules 5,10, and 40 pipe note carbon steel schedule 40 only.

Our bends for pneumatic systems outside diameters, wall thickness, degree of bend, centerline radius and tengent.

You can eliminate costly downtime and replacement of coupling gaskets in your vacuum conveying system. Compression couplings with stainless steel gaskets protectors provide positive gasket protection against abrasion or corrosion with on adverse affect on Coupling capabilities. Then prevent gasket wear which occurs when pipe or tubing end do not butt completely. This gap is often unavoidable and always undetectable. In vacuum systems, gaskets without Protectors can be drawn into the line enough to cause excessive wear and eventual system leaks. This may result in undesirable contamination of the materials being handled.

Couplings with Gasket Protectors fully eliminate these costly hazaeds to the effective and economical operation of vacuum conveying systems. They are factory assembled with no loose parts, theya utomatically compensate for field installation variations causing exposure of gaskets and prevent punched gaskets at butt connections. Gasket Protectors are of Type 304 stainless steel with interlocking teeth and are excellent for protection against abrasion and corrosion. For special corrosive applications you can specify Teflon gasket protectors.

Gasket protectors are for use with Compression Couplings only and are not recommended for couplings less then 6" long.
